Totalitarian regimes, authoritarianism. Dictators, tyrants - specific names. Examples are - Batista, Castro, Ceausescu, Duvalier, Franco, Hitler, Kim Jung Il,  Marcos, Mugabe, Mobutu, Mussolini, Noriega, Peron, Pinochet, Pol Pot, Qaddafi, Saddam Hussein, Somoza,  Stalin, Trujillo
Make sure you are aware of variations in spelling or names: Mao Zedung, may be Mao Tse-Tung and is usually listed under Mao
