About the Student Health Center
Do you ever feel like you need someone to talk to? Do you ever need any medical questions answered?
The Student Health Center at Chelsea High School is staffed by a group of professionals who care about you. Whether you need a physical exam, a pregnancy test, an evaluation of a sports injury or are simply interested in staying healthy, at the Student Health Center you can receive a wide variety of health services.
All services at the Student Health Center are confidential. Services include:
- Physical exams (general, sports and pre-employment)
- Immunization
- Sick visits
- Reproductive care (pregnancy/STD prevention, testing, counseling)
- Mental health services
- Nutrition counseling
- Referrals for other health services
