Financial Aid Seminar -
Do not miss our Financial Aid Seminar which will be held in the High School Blue Gym next Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Guidance personnel will explain the financial aid process, the ways to afford college, and the proper way to fill out the FAFSA application. Hands on help with the application process will be available! Juniors, Seniors, and Parents are all welcome to attend!
Attention Seniors! -
All seniors who have a college application due date of January 15th need to see their Guidance Counselors immediately. Please do not delay!
Attendance Appeal Process -
The attendance appeal process for the second quarter will begin on 1/7/2009 and end on 1/16/2009. Please schedule an appointment with Mr. Carangelo by calling 617-466-5043. This is in compliance with the school handbook and all guidelines apply.
Revised Second Quarter Schedule! -
Due to the snow days, the second quarter will be extended by two days. The exam period will be as follows: (1/13 - Final day of regular classes, quarter #2); (January 14 - Review Day);
(January 15, 16, 20, 21 - Exam Days).

Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship!
To be considered for nomination you must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher, demonstrate leadership abilities in school activities or through work experiences, and strong commitment to community service involvement. You are required to write an essay. Additionally, you must create a resume consisting of work history, extra curricular activities including volunteer and community service, and leadership positions. Comcast has a complete list of eligibility requirement and scholarship guidelines on their scholarship site.
If you would like to be considered for this scholarship, you must submit an essay and resume to Ms. Bryan in Guidance by 12/8/08.
