Chelsea Public Schools Summer Program
The Summer School Program is for Grades 9-12 and takes place at Chelsea High School.
Important Information:
Dates: July 7 - August 7, 2008 (Monday - Thursday only).
Location: Chelsea High School, 299 Everett Ave.
Cost: $30.00 per class - cash or money orders only (no reimbursement). Students may take one or two classes.
Registration for grades 9-12 takes place at Chelsea High School:
- June 26 (9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.)
- June 27 (9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.)
- June 28 (8:00a.m. -12:00p.m.)
- There will be NO REGISTRATION AFTER JUNE 28
Daily Program for grades 9-12
- 8:00 a.m. - Breakfast in the cafeteria
- 8:20- 10:30 a.m. - Period A
- 10:35 - 12:35 p.m. - Period B
- 12:35 p.m. - Lunch in the cafeteria
Program Policies
The school district reserves the right to dismiss any student from the program for the following reasons.
- 3 or more absences (4 tardies to class = an absence)
- discipline issues

- Weatherize your home or apartment -- You can cut your heating and cooling expenses and reduce the burning of fossil fuels. Use weatherstripping to seal drafts around windows and doors. If a draft comes through electrical outlets or switches on outside walls, install foam draft blockers behind the cover plates. Use covers (inside or outside) on air conditioners during cold months. And make sure your home has adequate insulation. You can check the insulation yourself or have it done as part of an energy audit, provided by many utility companies.
